Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of the platform provided by Deutsche Daten Erfassung GmbH. By using the platform you agree to these terms.
1. Scope of Service
The DDE platform is a SaaS (software as a service) solution including machine registry, inspection management, document storage, QR access, and billing modules. The service is provided within the usage rights defined in the subscription agreement.
2. Account Obligations
You are responsible for the security of your account. You must not share your credentials with third parties. You must immediately notify info@dde.de if you detect any suspicious access.
3. Unacceptable Use
You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, in ways that violate others' rights, or in ways that threaten the security of the platform. Automated data collection tools (bots, scrapers) are prohibited.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the platform software, design and content belong to Deutsche Daten Erfassung GmbH. You are granted only a limited, non-transferable usage licence.
5. Limitation of Liability
DDE is liable for service interruptions, data losses, or indirect damages within the maximum limits permitted by law. Cases of intent and gross negligence are excluded from this limitation.
6. Service Changes and Termination
DDE reserves the right to make changes to the platform or discontinue the service. Upon subscription termination, fees for the remaining period are non-refundable; you are provided access to your data for 30 days.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by German law. Munich courts have jurisdiction for disputes.
